RETURN POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy (Only if the item is eligible for return - Refer our return policy to see eligibility for return), which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at info@plantone.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The email should contain -

1. Reasons for return

2. Copy of invoice

3. Picture of the product received

4. Account Details to initiate refund

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as cocopeat blocks, cinder, perlite, seeds, fertiisers) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

WE DO NOT OFFER CANCELLATION FOR WORKSHOPS. 

Please refer to the workshop details before booking your slot. Registration once confirmed shall not be cancelled.

However, if you are not able to attend the workshop due to some reasons, then you can ask for your money to be adjusted in another workshop. In these cases, kindly write to us at info@plantone.in, giving proper reasons

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Third Party Terms

We, at The Banyan Company, are not responsible for any refunds/returns related to third party sellers/vendors. The Banyan Company will only act as a platform between the third-party sellers and the customers and by no means give guarantee/warranties on behalf of the third party sellers. In case of loss of communication with the third party sellers, we shall not be held responsible for fulfillment of the contracts between the customers and the respective sellers.
